The first rye I ever bottled I was keeping it all for myself but I figured the remaining few bottles ought to find their way into your hands. 16 months old out of a 5 gallon barrel. Straight from the barrel and right into the bottle at 110 proof. Less than 8 bottles available.
In terms of where I like my flavor (huge, bold profiles) this one is on the milder side. It is still bolder than your run of the mill whiskey but still has a relatively classic profile. Mild rye spice, nice corn sweetness, and it has a very linear profile with no big flavor spikes. This is the pour I normally have for myself when I cannot quite decide what I want and it never disappoints.
