One of my favorite one-offs we have created. We took our gin recipe, removed the lemon zest, added orange zest, and then stuck the gin in a used bourbon barrel for a few months. The result is a beautiful spirit that sips like a dry and spicy old fashioned. You can sip it over ice or add a touch of sugar and have yourself a gin old fashioned.
This spirit is barrel proof (straight out of the barrel/no water added/ strong)
