We only pick the best of barrels to become Bourbon and at the rate you all drink our Bourbon that means we sell out of it from time to time.
Batch #5 comes from a single 53 gallon barrel. It was made with a little more rye than a normal bourbon but not quite enough to call it a high rye bourbon (in my opinion), but that did not stop it from bringing that beautiful rye spice. 18 months old, 101 proof.
Clocking in at over 100 proof ( it is straight from the barrel, no water added at all to cut it), Lower proof drinkers will most likely prefer an ice cube or two.
Made from all Pennsylvania grain, and 100 percent made on site at our distillery in Gettysburg PA.
